More ways to train. Students may attend their rank and lower. This applies within the Level 1–3 / Black Belt progression; age-based programs and BBT or team requirements still apply.

Kids start with a one-on-one intro. Teens and adults can try a class, then chat with a Staff Member.

About this schedule & placement

Based on the school’s Fall/Winter 2026 Waunakee schedule, effective August 31, 2026. This is a weekly planning tool, not a live Recess feed. Level 2 and Level 3 intentionally meet at the same time on Saturday. Age-based programs do not unlock younger programs through the lower-rank rule. Teen transitions and any exceptional placements should be confirmed with a Staff Member. Competition interest alone does not confer team membership, and BBT enrollment does not confer black belt rank.
